Mr. Cook joined Lundberg and Associates in 1997. He currently serves as a Vice President of the firm and is part of the firm’s bankruptcy department. His legal career has included practice in domestic relations, bankruptcy, corporate, environmental, criminal and adoption law. Mr. Cook has spoken to and taught groups across the country interested in topics related to his areas of practice.

Mr. DeHaan has focused his practice primarily on consumer banking and real property litigation, title disputes, judicial foreclosure, creditor's rights, evictions, and general civil litigation matters. Mr. DeHaan's time is mostly devoted to representing financial institutions and other lenders. Additionally, Mr. DeHaan's experience also includes real estate development, land-use and municipal law. Mr. DeHaan was recognized as one of Utah's Legal Elite as published by Utah Business Magazine, and recently completed a term as chairman of the Real Property Section of the Utah State Bar.

Shelly Espinosa

SHELLY ESPINOSA

Shelly Espinosa

Ms. Espinosa joined the firm in 2009 as an associate foreclosure attorney. Since joining the firm, she has also served as an eviction attorney. Before coming to Lundberg & Associates, Ms. Espinosa was a Salt Lake City prosecutor and gained experience in the areas of criminal law, family and juvenile law, and estate planning. Her practice currently focuses on non-judicial foreclosure and title disputes. She is the supervising shareholder of the foreclosure department.

Ms. King joined Lundberg & Associates in 2002. Her practice focuses on foreclosure, regulatory compliance, title resolution, REO and eviction matters on behalf of lenders and mortgage servicers. She regularly speaks on foreclosure and title topics. She is currently serving on the Board of Directors of the USFN and is also the Chair of the USFN’s Membership Committee.

Mr. Lundberg founded Lundberg & Associates in 1991. He has represented mortgage servicers, financial institutions and other clients in foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction, deficiency, lender liability and related matters since 1978. Prior to founding the firm, he was a partner at the Salt Lake City firms of VanCott Bagley and Prince Yeates & Geldzahler.

He has lectured extensively on foreclosure and creditor rights and has been heavily involved in legislative efforts affecting mortgage investors and servicers. His litigation experience includes cases in both state and federal courts, including appeals to the Utah Court of Appeals, the Utah Supreme Court and the United States 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a Martindale-Hubbell “AV” rated attorney. In addition, he is a licensed title and escrow agent.

Mark S. Middlemas joined Lundberg & Associates in 2008. Before joining the firm, Mark enjoyed a diverse practice as an associate attorney at the Salt Lake City office of Peterson, Reed, Warlaumont & Stout, practicing in the areas of commercial litigation, construction and mechanics liens, collections, real property, and bankruptcy while representing private individuals, equipment suppliers, contractors and credit unions. From 2004-2008, Mark acted as the bankruptcy, foreclosure and litigation attorney for Castle, Meinhold & Stawiarski’s Utah division. Mark’s practice currently focuses on bankruptcy resolution strategies for mortgage lenders and consumer retailers.

Ms. McCormack joined Lundberg & Associates in 2012. Prior to joining Lundberg & Associates, she enjoyed a diverse practice in the areas of estate planning, commercial litigation, personal injury, title disputes, and small business organization. She also acted as assistant general counsel to two local agricultural cooperatives. Ms. McCormack’s practice now focuses on litigation, eviction and title resolution.
